Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once purchased, NeoDash Technologies Pvt. Ltd does not accept the return of the product.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, kindly send us images of the defect to the customer support team at cs@neodash.in or +91 9535080135 within 10 days of delivery of a product. Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with next steps if this qualifies for a replacement.

Note that we do not offer a return in this case. Do mention your order number in this email.

We will need you to submit a proof of issue to verify your request.

Replacement Instructions: Keep the item in its original condition and packaging along with MRP tag and accessories for a successful pick-up. Replacement verification: We will prompt you to share an image proof over email at cs@neodash.in We may also schedule a call, a technician visit to your location.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (DUE TO PAYMENT FAILURE)

These typically happen due to an issue between your bank and the payment partner on our website. However, almost always, the transactions are rightfully fixed, without any intervention required. This entire process is known to take 7-8 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund post this time frame, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
