I am Saroj Jadhav, Founder, and CEO of NeoDash. I started this company for two reasons.
Environmental crises such as global warming are impacting our lives more than ever.
Individual action and transition to sustainable technologies is not just an option anymore
but the path to concrete outcomes in the battle against climate change. At NeoDash, we are
focused on creating world-class products in the cooling appliance category that will set the
global benchmark for responsible innovations.
Second, there is a need to transform the experience of an Indian consumer. Today the
customer experience from product selection to end-of-life product disposal is stressful.
There are many addressable gaps in product designs and supply chains. With a
consumer-led approach, we are reinventing the products and the business to deliver the
most exciting customer experiences.
