Power is ON, but the fan does not rotate | Circuit breaker tripped. Loose connection of wires. Regulator connected to the fan. | Reset the breaker Tighten the wire connections It is recommended to bypass the regulator as the fan speed is controlled using remote |
Remote not working | Remote battery drain | Check and replace the weak batteries with AAA 1.5V R03 batteries |
Fan makes noise | Bottom canopy is touching the top coverInput wires coming out of the downrod are touching the top coverShackle kit rattlingFan blades are not fixed tightlyFan connected to regulator | Adjust the bottom canopy Reduce the length of the wires that connect the motor so that they don’t touch top cover Tighten the screw and nuts securely along with the washer provided Tighten the mounting screws of the blade. Loose connection may cause blades to fall It is recommended to bypass the regulator as the fan speed is controlled using remote |
Excessive shaking/ wobbling | Blade out of balance due to bending Blades mounted improperly on motor (upside down/reverse, loose screws) Nut fixing downrod to motor sha is loose OR Nut fixing downrod to Shackle is loose OR Screws in shackle kit and hook are loose | Make sure blades are not bent while installation/cleaningFix the blade orientation. Tighten the screwsTighten the bolts and nuts along with washers. Ensure that the safety split pin is used |
Fan stops while running | Timer function 1/2/4/6 Hr set | Fan will stop aer duration of timer selection. To start fan , switch OFF & switch ON the fan with the remote |
